Day 5: January 4, 2009. Sunday.
Fast walk 2 laps at the trail near my place.
Ah much better! I lost more toxins by almost another pound.
Remember as I stated before this is not a Weight loss program but a Cleanse program that one of the benefits is the losing weight.
With that said, today is an easy day. I had to pick up some more organic maple syrup (grade b). If you never bought this before you might be in a slight shock.
a.) This is not a common thing in the stores in my area. I actually found only two places that sold this product.
b.) I’ve only see this come in a 32 oz. container and is sold in my area for around $26-$35 and you figure this is only a 4 day supply. (8 oz. a day)
Now back to my day. There was nothing going on today to steer my wrong except for, you guessed it, NFL playoffs.
I was more excited about watching the NFL playoff games. BAL vs. MIA and PHI vs. MIN. The only problem with watching T.V. is that now I see more and more commercials with great looking food at a great price. I am now noticing value meals that I never paid attention to in the past.

Well it’s time to drink more lemonade and get this day past me. I am also feeling better because I am in a Fantasy Football League and the Eagles won today giving me a better chance at winning.
I do feel a sense of having more energy and starting to feel better about myself. It’s kind of hard to explain. I usually wake up stuffy and all clogged up but now things are clearing up for me in the morning. Something must be working right, right?
Again I finish off the day with making a supply for tomorrow adventures and end it was a SWF. Not cool but a necessary evil!
I am ready to tackle day 6!!
